Textured Panels created by Heartwood Carving are unique artistic creations to add interest and drama to large areas. Shown are representative sections at approx. 2ft x 2ft. Our unique patterns can be repeated or tiled to create large continuous patterns across your large or small application. Patterns can also be incorporated into other solid wood products as required including mantels, friezes, columns and blocks. All orders are run custom to your requirements at our Oregon facility and typically ship within 7-10 days.

Specifications

Panels are made to customer order in unprimed in 3/4" high density fiberboard (HDF). FSC, No added UAF, and CARB compliant grades available. Panels will warp to a slight degree during processing but will install flat. Panels can be backed with 1/2 in. plywood to add stiffness particularly in installations where wall will not permit direct screw fastenings and panel tiling is required. Other installation methods include glue and Z-Clips. In our experience panels can be made seamless when tiled together, but to attain a perfect and invisible seam can be elusive unless performed by a professional painter.
Standard pricing is $16/sq. ft. for full size sheets, partials and custom are available but at different rates. Please inquire with dimensions required. Crate/Freight is not included.
